Comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient location near Soo locks. Helpful desk clerk provided Mass information and breakfast nutrition details. Rooms were clean with microwave and refrigerator. Adjoining rooms provided for the price of one.

Had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a great view. The front desk person was very accommodating and gave us a great rate. The breakfast selection was good and the staff kept replenishing the items. The location was very convenient for what we needed to do and the pool seemed well used. I plan to come back for a visit soon!

One thing I wish they had is a bigger TV, but overall, it was a very good place to stay. I'm glad the hotel is smoke-free and pet-free, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, my daughter made a reservation mistake and we were concerned about penalties, but the hotel staff handled it well.

Our city break at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a king-size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We also loved the convenient location, just a short distance from Lake Superior State University and the Soo Locks. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great way to start our day, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that we didn't appreciate. Firstly, the staff seemed a bit surly and not very accommodating.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a long day of travel. The location of the hotel, right off the highway, made it easily accessible and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Additionally, the delicious warm breakfast provided a wide variety of options to start the day right.

Guests can easily find a restaurant within walking distance for a meal under $50. The rooms are comfortable and offer a nice view of the river. The service is friendly, and the breakfast is satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

The signage in the area could be improved for easier navigation.

The housekeeping was subpar, had to ask for more towels and the room was not cleaned properly. Pool was overcrowded, only had time to use it once and there were too many people in it.
